SAK-1 V2 Manual Micro-Dosing Device
This is the advanced version of the SAK-1. It offers the same functionality as its little brother with a plethora of added features:
The compaction pin is driven by a motor ensuring constant results for each compaction.
Improved dosing accuracy.
The motion profile of the compaction pin can be fine-tuned to precisely adjust the average dosed mass according to the user`s requirements
The device is equipped with numerous sensors that check the status of the device and prevent user errors. Especially useful for longer production runs.
Electricity is supplied by a 24-Volt power bank which allows the device to be used in an isolator without routing cables inside.
The power bank is removable to make it possible to transport the device in checked flight luggage. The device can be connected to a standard AC-outlet for continuous operation.
All parts like dosing discs or tools for receptacles are compatible with the standard SAK-1.
Recommended for work that requires a higher degree of documentation and reliable repeatability between different production runs.

- Output: the device is designed for quantities from a handful of samples as needed e.g. for NGI-tests up to several hundred units. Typically check-weighing takes longer than the dosing process itself. However there have been projects where several thousand units have been made with the SAK-1.
